Conclusions:
The substance has a flash point of 96.5°C  (average corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5°C) at 1006.1 hPa.
Executive summary:

In this test, the flash point of the test item was investigated with the Flash Point Tester NPM 450 (Pensky Mertens). This test equipment uses a closed cup method, corresponding to 1.6.3.2 in the regulation EC No. 440/2008, Method A.9. Flash point and OCCSPP Guideline 830.6315 - Flammability (1996).

55g of the test substance was filled in a cup. The estimated flash point from the preliminary test was used as a target temperature for the main test. The procedure was as follows: The first ignition trial of the main test is performed at a test item temperature 23 ±5°C below the approx. flash point determined in the preliminary test, with a stirrer speed of 90 -120rpm and a heating rate of 5 -6K/min.

The substance has a flash point of 96.5°C  (average corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5°C) according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.9. Flash Point, CIPAC MT 12 (2009), Guideline OCSPP 830.6315 (1996) and DIN EN ISO 2719 (2003). According to CLP classification, the substance does not meet the relevant criteria for designation as a flammable substance (the flash point exceeds 93°C and hence does not meet Category 4 or higher).
