The TL50 of FAT 36038/A in this fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 450 mg/L.
Executive summary:

The acute fish toxicity test was performed according to equivalent or similar guideline as OECD 203. Rainbow trout were used in this test. Three groups, each containing 8 fish, were tested at the following concentrations: 100, 200 and 1000 mg/L as in the pre-test all fish survived at 100 mg/L.

Results:

At 100 mg/L: 8 ou of 8 survived (pH 8.2 after 48 hours eposure)

At 200 mg/L: 8 out of 8 survived (pH 8.1 after 48 hours eposure)

At 1000 mg/L: 0 out of 8 survived at 24 hours exposure time (pH 8.4 after 24 hours eposure)

In conclusion:

TL0 = 200 mg/L

TL50 = 450 mg/L

TL100 = 1000 mg/L.

In a key acute fish toxicity test performed following a guideline equivalent or similar to OECD Guideline 203, Rainbow trouts were exposed to FAT 36038/A for 48-hour to determine the LC values. The TL50 in the acute fish toxicity test was determined to be greater than 450 mg/L after 48 hours exposure time. In two other supporting studies, Rainbow trouts were exposed to FAT 36038 for 48 hours to determine the acute toxicity following a guideline equivalent or similar to OECD test guideline 203. The 48-hour TL50 of FAT 36038 in these fish acute toxicity tests was determined to be >1000 mg/L. Based on the data from these studies the 48-hour TL50 of FAT 36038 to fish can be considered to be 450 mg/L.
