Lista de sustancias del anexo III

ECHA koostas registri ainetest, mis tõenäoliselt vastavad REACH-määruse III lisa kriteeriumidele. Eesmärk on aidata registreerijatel teha kindlaks, kas nõutavad on teabele esitatavad vähendatud miinimumnõuded või VII lisa täielikud andmed.

Registri koostamisel kasutati avalikult kättesaadavate andmebaaside katseandmeid ja (Q)SAR-mudeli tulemusi. Ohtlike toksikoloogiliste ja ökotoksikoloogiliste omaduste ning kasutusalade teavet, samuti muud seotud teavet tuleb võrrelda III lisa kriteeriumidega.

Kui aine ei ole selles loetelus, ei pruugi see tähendada, et aine ei vasta III lisa kriteeriumidele. Samamoodi kui aine on selles registris, saab registreerija siiski kasutada teabele esitatavaid vähendatud nõudeid, kui see on põhjendatud.

NB! Andmik ei ole klassifitseerimisvahend, vaid pakub teavet võimalike ohunäitajate kohta. Näiteks ei tähenda märge „potentsiaalne mutageen", et ECHA liigitab aine mutageenseks. Klassifitseerimisvajaduse kindlakstegemisel tuleb arvesse võtta kõiki tõendeid.
