- Conclusions:
- It is concluded that, when tested at dose levels up to 5000 ul/plate in water, N-isopropylacrylamide was not mutagenic in this bacterial test system.
No substantial increases in revertant colony numbers of any of the tester strainswere observed following treatment with N-isopropylacrylamide at any dose level, either in the presence or absence of S-9 mix. - Executive summary:
