Description of key information

Stability

The study is technically not feasible because only a general photometric but no substance specific analytical method is available. Since the substance is handled and used as an aqueous formulation, its stability in aqueous media can be assumed.

Biodegradation

The test item was considered to be not readily biodegradable (15.6 % biodegradation on day 28). According to the test guidelines the pass level for ready biodegradability is 60 % of COD.

Transport and distribution -Adsorption / desorption

A low potential for adsorption is expected due to the negative low Pow of the test item. Thus, an experimental study is not required. Moreover, such a study would not be technically feasible because only a general photometric but no substance specific analytical method is available for the test item.
