Details on results:
In the chromatogram of the test substance solution, one test substance peak was observed at ca. 3.4 minutes. The peaks at 0.3, 0.8, 1.3, 1.9 and 5.3 minutes were also observed in the chromatogram of the blank solution (mobile phase). Therefore, it was assumed that these compounds did not derive from the test substance.
Conclusions:
The Pow and log Pow value of Ditetrahydrofurylpropane is 530 and 2.7, respectively.
