Additional information

In the GLP Klimisch 1 study from Younis (2014) the surface tension of the registered substance was determined according to test method EEC A.5 with the ring method to be 44.4 mN/m at 20°C. Prior to testing, 0.1000 g of sample was weighed into a flask and made up to 100 ml with water. The solution was filtered using a 0.1 μm acrodisc, until the Tyndall effect was no longer observable (to ensure no colloidal matter was present). The solution was then diluted to 90 %.

The result is considered acceptable for the risk assessment.
