The auto-flammability behaviour of the substance was evaluated according to the EU Method A.16. It was determined by placing the test item into a stainless steel cube and heating from room temperature to an oven temperatureof 175 °C with the ZPA-3 oven.
No increase in the temperature of the sample in comparison to that of the oven could be detected, also no signs of ignition could be observed.
The test item showed no self-ignitionup to the melting point of 170.2 °C under the test conditions.
