Additional information

According to “OECD, Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals, 2012, 211 Daphnia magna Reproduction Test”,the influence of the test substance UNOXOLTM3,4-DIALDEHYDE (DOWM20130124-0687) to Daphnia magnawas determined in a 21 day reproduction test in fresh water.

Results showed that under the testing conditions, forDaphnia magnareproduction , the No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) was 0.225 mg/L, the Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC) was 0.584 mg/L, and 50% reduction in reproductive output (EC50) was 2.68 mg/L (95 % confidence limit was 1.24-5.93 mg/L).
