60g (80ml) Amylacetate were heated in a room of 12m³ effused, and left to evaporize. The final concentration was 5mg/L. Two volunteers stayed in the chamber for 30min.

Results and discussion

Clinical signs:
At the beginning, irritation of the throat, subsequent coughing.
Later: eye irritation, secretions of the nose. The coughing subsided and was replaced by a dry feeling in the throat.
Pulse normal, no headaches, subjects were slightly tired.
