Additional information

Toxicity to soil macroorganisms except arthropods: In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annexes IX and X, the short-term toxicity to invertebrates test is not necessary as direct and indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. Long-term toxicity testing on invertebrates is not necessary as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate the need to investigate further the effects of the substance and/or degradation products on terrestrial organisms.

Toxicity to terrestrial arthropods: In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex X, long-term toxicity testing is not necessary as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate the need to investigate further the effects of the substance and/or degradation products on terrestrial organisms.

Toxicity to terrestrial plants: In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX and X, the short-term toxicity to plants test is not necessary as direct and indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. The long-term toxicity testing in plants is not necessary as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate the need to investigate further the effects of the substance and/or degradation products on terrestrial organisms.

Toxicity to soil microorganisms: In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX, the soil microorganism test is not necessary as direct and indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely.

Toxicity to birds: In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex X, avian toxicity testing is not necessary as the chemical safety assessment does not indicate the need to investigate the effects of the substance and/or degradation products in birds, and its toxicological profile is well defined in mammalian studies.
