EC50 for freshwater algae:
43.2 mg/L
EC10 or NOEC for freshwater algae:
37 mg/L

Additional information

In a 72h acute toxicity study, the cultures of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata (strain CCAP 278/4) were exposed to Water Accommodated Fractions of the test substance at nominal concentrations of 4.27, 9.39, 20.7, 45.5 and 100 mg/L under semi-static conditions in accordance with the OECD TG 201. The EC10 and EC50 values based on specific growth rate were 37 and 43.2 mg/L, respectively. The EC10 and EC50 values based on biomass were 21.3 and 29.1 mg/L, respectively. The EC10 and EC50 values based on yield were 24.6 and 30.6 mg/L, respectively.
