Additional information

An acute toxicity study was performed on the test substance in accordance with the OECD Guideline No 203 and under GLP. The test item exhibits very low water solubility. Therefore, the study was designed to comply with OECD Document No 23 on "Guidance Document on aquatic toxicity testing of difficult substance and mixtures" (December 2010). In the range-finding test (not GLP), no mortalities were observed to be related to test item. In the main test (under GLP), rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were exposed to WAF of test item at a concentration of 100 mg/L (limit test) under static conditions. The 96h-LC50 was higher than 100 mg/L (nominal). No mortality was observed in both control and treatment group exposed to 100 mg/L.
