Freshwater fish:


The LC50 value for Oncorhynchus mykiss was higher than 100 mg/L after 96h of exposure.


According to RECAH Annex IX, the chronic fish test according to the TG OECD 210 and GLP is proposed under a Testing Proposal. 


 


Freshwater invertebrates:


The EC50 value for Daphnia magna was determined to be 94.9 mg/L after 48h of exposure.


No toxic effects on reproduction were observed in an OECD 211 test at the highest loading rate tested (NOELR > 1.6 mg/L).


 


Activated sludge:


No toxic effects on sludge respiration was observed in an OECD 209 test at the highest loading rate tested (1000 mg/L).


 


Freshwater algae:


The EC10 and EC50 values based on growth rate for Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata after 72h of exposure were determined to be 37.0 and 43.2 mg/L, respectively.


 


Sediment invertebrates:


No toxic effects on all the endpoints studied was observed in an OECD 225 test at the highest loading rate tested (1000 mg/kg dw).
