Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The flash point of 4-oxo tempo was determined using a closed cup method in accordance with EU Method A9.

The experiment was limited to 85oC due to safety considerations, based on the decomposition of the test substance being recorded at 139oC (Ref: Boiling Point, IUCLID section 4.3).

The flash point for 4-oxo tempo does not trigger classification requirements for flammability under either DSD or CLP regulations.
