Test item concentration (mg/L) / immobilized daphnids after 24 and 48 h (absolut) and after 24 and 48 h (%), dissolved oxygen (mg/L) / pH (48 h) / Temperature, °C (48 h):
- control / 0, 0, 0, 0 / 7.6 / 7.8 / 20.6
- 62.5 mg/L / 0, 0, 0, 0 / 7.3 / 7.9 / 20.7
- 125 mg/L / 2, 7, 10, 35 / 7.4 / 7.9 / 20.7
- 250 mg/L / 7, 12, 35, 60 / 7.2 / 8.0 / 20.7
- 500 mg/L / 20, -, 100, - / 8.7* / 8.5* / 21.0*
- 1000 mg/L / 20, -, 100, - / 8.8* / 8.5* / 21.0*

* These values were determined after 24 h due to the early immobilization of the daphnids.

The determination of the test item's water solubility was not feasible. After mixing the test item with water there was an immediate reaction. The test item and/or its hydrolysis products precipitated as a solid on the surface of the glass flask. In the aqueous phase neither the test item nor its hydrolysis products could be detected by the analysis method SFC being typical for the test item's analysis. Based on the chemical structure of the test item, it was considered that the hydrolysis degradation products reacted to high-molecular products.

For the preparation of the test media, the media was removed from the test vessel during continous stirring of the magnetic stirrer.
Results with reference substance (positive control):
