Description of key information

No melting of crystalline subcomponents has been observed between -90 °C and 50 °C. Glass transition temperature (amorphous components) in the 1st heating run at -56 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The melting temperature of the test item was determined in accordance with the test method A.1. "Melting/Freezing Temperature" as described in the Official Journal of the European Communities L383A.

The test item shows no melting of crystalline subcomponents in the 1st heating run between -90 °C and 50 °C (at ambient temperature the sample is a fluid) according to the definition in the EEC-directive 92/69/EEC, method A.1. The cooling run shows no crystallisation. The test item shows a glass transition temperature (amorphous components) in the 1st heating run at -56 °C.
