Additional information

The 48h acute toxicity of the test substance to Daphnia magna was studied under static (without renewal of test medium) conditions. Daphnids were exposed to control and Water Accommodated Fractions of test substance at nominal concentration of 4.27, 9.39, 20.7, 45.5 and 100 mg/L for 48 h. Immobilization and sublethal effects were observed daily. The 48h-EC50 was 94.9 mg/L based on nominal concentrations of test material which is equivalent to 1.36 mgC/L. The 48h-NOEC based on immobilization was 45.5 mg/L based on nominal concentrations of test material.
