The vapour pressure of lithium bis(oxalato)borate was experimentally determined to be 0.01 Pa at 25.94 °C, 0.033 Pa at 32.06 °C and 0.084 Pa at 38.37 °C. Based on these data, the vapour pressure at 20 °C was estimated to be 0.0042 Pa.

Conclusions:
As the vapour pressure was estimated to be 0.0042 Pa at 20 °C, lithium bis(oxalato)borate can be regarded as hardly volatile or non-volatile.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of lithium bis(oxalato)borate was determined by the static method according to EU Method A.4 using a capacitance manometer. The vapour pressure of lithium bis(oxalato)borate was calculated to be 0.0042 Pa at 20 °C (Calculation basis: vapour pressures measured at three different test temperatures; calculation method: least squares method). Thus, lithium bis(oxalato)borate can be regarded as hardly volatile or non-volatile. (NOTOX, 2004)
