Description of key information

Not readily biodegradable (by OECD criteria).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The biodegradability was assessed in a study according to OECD guideline 301 C (MITI I) and under consideration of GLP. 100 mg/L test substance and 30 mg/L sludge were used in the study which was conducted for 28d. The biodegradaiblity of the test compound was assessed by measuring the BOD. Additionally, a spepicific chemical analysis via HPLC was performed. After an incubation time of 28d the degradation of the compound was 0% (BOD) and 1% (HPLC), respectively.
