- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- yes
- Conclusions:
- According to OECD 203 test method, the 96-hr LC50 of Eversorb EP4 was 1.4 mg/L.
- Executive summary:
This test using the procedures outlined in the Maxxam Study Plan for TOX1612 which is based on the SOP for the OECD 203 (BBY2 SOP-00018) and OECD 203 (OECD, 1992). The results of this OECD 203 test for Eversorb EP4 show that all validity criteria were met.
The values of water quality measurements were maintained constant condition for testing. The test endpoint was calculated based on the nominal test item concentrations and the results of the TOC analyses were reported. Under the conditions of this test, the 96-hr LC50 of Eversorb EP4 was 1.4 mg/L.

Additional information
The values of water quality measurements contain dissolved oxygen concentrations (77.4%-99.8% of air saturated value), temperature (14.0-14.8) and pH (6.9-7.4)were maintained constant condition for testing. The mortality in the control did not exceed 10% at the end of the test. All test validity criteria were met. The test endpoint was calculated based on the nominal test item concentrations and the results of the TOC analyses were reported. Under the conditions of this test, the 96-hr LC50 of Eversorb EP4 was 1.4 mg/L.
