For Daphnia magna a chronic toxicity test with analytical monitoring of dicyclohexylamine concentrations (OECD TG 202 part 2, GLP) yielded a 21 d-NOEC of 0.016 mg/L (measured) and a 21 d-EC50 of 0.14 mg/L (measured) for inhibition of reproduction. 21d LC50 for mortality of parent organism was 1.3 mg/L (EA Japan, 1999c).
