Description of key information
An expert review (BUA, 1992) cites a range of kinematic viscosity's of C10 -13 chlorinated paraffins as 90 -20,000 mm2/s at 20oC for up to 65% chlorinated and 25 -40,000 mm2/s at 40oC for up to 72% chlorinated paraffins. The review references four unpublished industry study reports. No test methods are provided in the review or details on the products tested (eg. degree of chlorination or presence/absence of a stabiliser).
