Sind Sie von der Registrierungsfrist betroffen?
Wenn Sie chemische Stoffe in Mengen von über 1 Tonne pro Jahr herstellen oder aus Nicht-EU-Ländern einführen, unterliegen Sie möglicherweise der Registrierungspflicht gemäß REACH. Außerdem können von Ihnen hergestellte oder eingeführte Produkte (Gemische, Artikel) Stoffe enthalten, die getrennt voneinander zu registrieren sind.
Wenn Sie Stoffe vorregistriert haben, die Sie in Mengen von über 1 Tonne bis maximal 100 Tonnen pro Jahr selbst herstellen oder aus Nicht-EU-Ländern einführen und diese noch nicht registriert haben, sind Sie von der REACH-Registrierungsfrist 31. Mai 2018 betroffen.
