Description of key information

A GLP study in accordance with the OECD 301 F Testing Guideline was conducted to assess the ready biodegradability of the test item over an extended period of 60 days.

As the substance has a low water solubility and is multi-component (UVCB), it falls into the category of a "difficult substance". Its dispersibility was thus improved by use of an emulsifying agent as described in ISO 10634 standard.

The test item reached circa 0% biodegradation on day 28 and an average of 7.3% biodegradation on day 60. Therefore, the test item is not considered readily biodegradable under the conditions of the test.
