Temp.:
25 °C

Any other information on results incl. tables

The concentrations of DecaBDE in most of the samples were below the LOQ of 1 ppb and many results were below the LOD of 0.1 ppb. In samples considered to have reached the solubility plateau (Samples 153 -160), the mean concentration measured was <0.1 ppb, and the standard deviation could not be calculated. At a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min, the solubility limit of DecaBDE in water was determined to be <0.1 ppb.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): insoluble (< 0.1 mg/L)
The solubility of DecaBDE in water at 25 degrees C was < 0.1 ug/L (ppb) using the column elution method.
Executive summary:

The solubility of DecaBDE in water at 25 degrees C was <0.1 ug/L (ppb) using the column elution method.
