Special exposure hazards arising from the substance or preparation itself, its combustion products, or released gases:

Fire may cause evolution of:

Ammonia

nitrogen oxides (NOx).

acetic acid.

Special protective equipment for firefighting:

Personal protection through wearing a tightly closed chemical protection

suit and a self-contained breathing apparatus.

Additional information on firefighting:

Suppress (knock down) gases/vapours/mists with a water spray jet.

Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishingwater must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions:

see personal protective equipment.

For personal protection see "Exposures control/personal protection" section.

Do not breath dust.

Environmental precautions:

Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.

Avoid subsoil penetration.

Methods for cleaning up:

Pick up and transfer to properly labelled containers.

Dispose of as special waste in compliance with local and national regulations.

Clean contaminated floors and objects thoroughly while observing environmental regulations.
