Data waiving according to Regulation EC no. 1907/2006 Annex IX, Section 9.2.1.2 and 9.2.1.4, column 2. Methyl vinyl ether (CAS 107-25-5) is readily biodegradable (see IUCLID Ch. 5.2.1; based on read-across to structural analogue isobutyl vinyl ether (CAS 109 -53 -5)).
