Information on biocides
Hier finden Sie Informationen über Biozidprodukte, die gemäß der Richtlinie über Biozidprodukte (Richtlinie 98/8/EG) oder der Verordnung über Biozidprodukte (Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012) auf dem EU-/EWR-Markt zugelassen sind.
Alle Biozidprodukte, die genehmigte Wirkstoffe enthalten, werden auf Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit geprüft, bevor sie in der EU verkauft werden dürfen. Produkte, die vor dem Jahr 2000 auf dem Markt waren, können jedoch weiterhin verkauft werden, während die Behörden die darin enthaltenen Wirkstoffe bewerten.
Suchmethode
Sie können nach Biozidprodukten suchen mit:
der Handelsbezeichnung des Produkts;
der Produktart;
dem im Produkt enthaltenen Wirkstoff (einschließlich der Option, nach Wirkstoffen zu suchen, die bekanntermaßen als zu ersetzende Stoffe eingestuft wurden);
Zulassungsdaten (z. B. Zulassungsinhaber oder Zulassungsnummer);
Produktdetails, z. B. Verwendungsinformationen wie Zielorganismus und Anwendungsmethode eines Produkts oder Gefahren- und Sicherheitshinweise).
Arten von Produktzulassungen
Informationen aus drei Arten von Zulassungen sind verfügbar:
Vereinfachte Zulassungen: Diese Biozidprodukte haben ein günstigeres Profil für die Umwelt oder die Gesundheit von Mensch und Tier und sind daher Gegenstand eines einfacheren Verfahrens. Die Zulassung wird zusammen mit den entsprechenden Anträgen für das Inverkehrbringen eines Biozidprodukts veröffentlicht.
Unionszulassungen: Diese Biozidprodukte dürfen in der gesamten EU/EWR und der Schweiz in Verkehr gebracht werden.
Nationale Zulassungen: Diese Biozidprodukte sind in bestimmten EU-Ländern zugelassen. Die Zulassung wird zusammen mit den entsprechenden gegenseitigen Anerkennungen in den anderen Mitgliedstaaten veröffentlicht, in denen das Biozidprodukt auf dem Markt zugelassen wurde.
Darstellung der Informationen
Biozidprodukte werden als Gruppen von Zulassungen, Produktclustern, in denen die gegenseitigen Anerkennungen (Ausweitung der nationalen Produktzulassung auf andere Märkte) mit ihren Referenzzulassungen dargestellt werden. Auf diese Weise können Sie alle Märkte, in denen ein bestimmtes Produkt in Verkehr gebracht wird, sowie alle Handelsnamen, unter denen ein Produkt vermarktet wird, nachvollziehen. Produkte, die im Rahmen desselben Zulassungsverfahrens für Biozidprodukte zugelassen werden, haben ihre eigenen Cluster.
Das Prinzip der Produktclusterung wird auch bei Suchen angewandt. Das bedeutet, dass in der Ergebnistabelle Produktgruppen angezeigt werden, die mindestens eine Zulassung enthalten, die den Suchkriterien entspricht. Wenn Sie beispielsweise nach dem Zulassungsstatus „zugelassen“ suchen, werden Sie alle Produktcluster abrufen, bei denen mindestens eine Zulassung diesen bestimmten Status enthält.
Die Ergebnistabelle enthält Informationen auf der Ebene der Produktcluster, während weitere Informationen über spezielle Produktzulassungen im Produktinformationsblatt zu finden sind. Jedes Produkt verfügt über ein eigenes Informationsblatt, das Informationen über anwendbare Handelsnamen, Dokumente und Zulassungsinhaber für jede einzelne Produktzulassung enthält, einschließlich der bisherigen Bewertungshistorie des Produkts. Das Informationsblatt ist über das Augensymbol in der Ergebnistabelle zugänglich.
Vergleich von Biozidprodukten
Sie können bis zu vier Produkte vergleichen, um ihre Eigenschaften zu sehen, wie z. B. die Wirkstoffe im Produkt, ihre Konzentrationen, Informationen über die Verwendung des Produkts sowie Gefahren- und Sicherheitshinweise.
Die meisten Informationen im Vergleichsinstrument stammen aus der Zusammenfassung der Merkmale des Produkts (SPC). Die Zusammenfassung der Merkmale des Biozidprodukts ist nur für die Produkte verfügbar, die seit 2016 zugelassen sind. Produkte mit einer SPC, die vor dem 1. Januar 2016 eingereicht wurde, werden im Vergleichstool nur begrenzte Informationen enthalten: Handelsnamen, Markt, Wirkstoff (ohne Konzentration) und Produktart.
Export von Ergebnissen
Sie können die Ergebnisse der Biozidprodukte in die Standardformate der ECHA-Website (XLS, CSV und XML) exportieren. Die exportierten Ergebnisse sind nach Produktzulassung geordnet, d. h. jede Zulassung wird in einer eigenen Zeile dargestellt.
Die Spalte „Zielorganismus“ in der exportierten Datei ist eine Kombination aus drei Feldern: gebräuchliche Bezeichnung, wissenschaftliche Bezeichnung und Entwicklungsstadium, wie z. B.: Ratte (Rattus norvegicus); Adulte.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass aufgrund technischer Einschränkungen derzeit nur eine begrenzte Anzahl annullierter und abgelaufener Zulassungen angezeigt wird. Sie werden schrittweise veröffentlicht.
Herunterladbare Liste (Auszug aus R4BP2)
Die nachstehende Datei zum Herunterladen enthält die Produktzulassungen gemäß der Richtlinie 98/8/EG (Biozidprodukte-Richtlinie) und der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 528/2012 (Biozidprodukte-Verordnung), die am 1. September 2013 aus dem IT-System R4BP2 extrahiert wurden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die nachstehende herunterladbare Liste auf Daten basiert, die seit dem 1. September 2013 im R4BP2-System verfügbar sind. Diese Daten sind möglicherweise nicht vollständig und nicht ganz aktuell.
