Additional information

According to Annex IX, Section 9.4, Column 2of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, studies on the effects on terrestrial organisms shall be conducted for substances manufactured or imported in quantities of 100 tons or more. The risk characterization ratios (RCRs) of the chemical safety assessment are below 1, indicating that the risks are acceptable. Therefore, no studies on terrestrial organisms other than earthworms are currently provided. Since the test substance has a high potential to adsorb to soil particles and is not readily biodegradable, a long term reproduction study on earthworms was conducted according to OECD 222 (BASF SE and OXEA Group, 2012; report no. 68E0454/11515).

Moreover, quantities of non-intermediate uses are below 100 t/yr. Hence, additional standard information requirements according to Annex IX and Annex X are not to be fulfilled.
