not applicable: Adsorption/desorption is the distribution of a chemical between soil and aqueous phase. Carbon black is substantially elemental carbon; it is inert, inorganic and containes no water-soluble groups, e.g. alcohols, ethers, or acids and is therefore insoluble in water. Carbon black is stable in water. It can not be measured analytically in water, the determination of a distribution coefficient is technically not feasible
