First-aid measures
Description of first aid measures
General information: In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show safety data sheet if possible).
Following inhalation: Seek medical advice. Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. In case of irregular breathing or respiratory arrest provide artificial respiration.
After skin contact: Immediately remove any contaminated clothing, shoes or stockings. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. In case of skin irritation, seek medical treatment.
Following eye contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids apart. Subsequently consult an ophthalmologist.
After ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Seek medical advice.
Self-protection of the first aider:
First aid assistant: Pay attention to self-protection!
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
Harmful if swallowed.
Harmful if inhaled.
If skin irritation occurs it may be harmful.
In contact with eyes may cause irritation.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
No data available (investigational product).
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media
Suitable extinguishing media: Sand, Carbon dioxide (CO2), Dry extinguishing powder.
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons: No data available.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
Carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) can be produced.
Advice for fire-fighters
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing.
Additional information
No data available.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures
Avoid inhalation of the product and contact with eyes and skin.
Provide fresh air and adequate ventilation in closed rooms.
See protective measures under point 7 and 8.
Environmental precautions
Do not empty into drains or the aquatic environment. Notify authorities if product enters sewers or public waters.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Clear contaminated area thoroughly.
Pick up and arrange disposal without creating dust.
Collect in closed containers for disposal.

Exposure controls
Appropriate engineering controls
Avoid all unnecessary exposure. Good ventilation in working area.
Individual protection measures, such as personal protective equipment
Respiratory protection: Safe mask: FFP1.
Hand protection: Suitable gloves type: Nitrile and Latex.
Eye protection: Wear closed protection glasses or goggles.
Skin protection: Wear suitable protective clothing. Protective clothing should be specifically selected depending on quantity of substance handled.
General protection and hygiene measures: Wash hands before breaks and after work. When using do not eat, drink or smoke.
Thermal hazards: No data available.
Environmental exposure controls
Do not empty into drains or the aquatic environment. Comply with the environmental local regulation currently in force.
The substance is used under strictly controlled conditions during its whole lifecycle as described under Article 17(3) and Section 2.1 of the Guidance for Intermediates. The substance should be rigorously contained by technical means during its whole lifecycle and procedural and control technologies should be in place in order to minimize emissions and any resulting exposure as described under Article 17(3). Personal protective equipment (PPE) should be used in cases of accidents and where waste is generated. The PPE may be also used as a good practice.
