Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove the casualty into fresh air and keep him calm.
When dust is intensively inhaled, seek medical help
immediately.
Emergency measure - Eyes: In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with plenty of
water and seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: In case of contact with skin wash off immediately with soap
and water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water spray jet or foam
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide,
sulfur oxides, hydrogen iodide and nitrogen oxides
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Use self-contained breathing apparatus, wear full protective
suit.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Pick up mechanically and send in suitable containers for
recovery or disposal.
Wear personal protective clothing. Use breathing apparatus
if exposed to vapours/dust/aerosols.
Do not allow to enter drains or waterways.
Handling and storage
Handling: Observe the usual precautions for handling chemicals, e.g.
wear chemical resistent gloves, safety glasses, protective
clothing, possibly for a short run filter apparatus with
filter A/P2.
Provide exhaust ventilation. Avoid inhalation of dust.
Storage: Keep only in original container. Keep container tightly
closed and dry in a cool, well-ventilated place. The storage
temperature should lie between 0 and 30 °C, maximum up to 50
°C.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: PE-drum 150 l; 100 kg substance
