Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
The substance EDDHMA-Fe will exhibit negligable vapour pressure at room temperature. The vapour pressure of the structurally related compound EDDHA-Fe was determined to be < 1E-6 hPa at 25 degrees C.
Key value for chemical safety assessment
Additional information
The vapour pressure of EDDHMA-Fe at 20°C (293.15 K) was determined to be 111 Pa and 142 Pa, and at 25°C (298.15 K), the vapour pressure was detemined to be 159 Pa and 203 Pa. This is most probably caused by the presence of a significant amount of water in the test substance. Because of its high polarity the substance always contains a few % of water so the vapour pressure exhibited by this substance is expected to be that
of the adherent water. The substance does not melt under the decomposition temperature of 100°C and based on its multiple carboxylic acid salt functionality the pure substance will exhibit negligible vapor pressure. The low vapour pressure was confirmed by the vapour pressure of the structurally related compound EDDHA-Fe which was determined to be < 1E-6 hPa at 25 degree C.
