Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the results of the various studies it is concluded that the test substance that the substance does not meet the criteria for classification and labelling according to Annex VI of council directive 67/548/EEC and according to and the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008.
