Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The concentration of test item causing 50% reduction in mobility (EC50) after 48h of exposure was estimated to be:
48h-EC50 = 308.4 µg/L (95% CI: 219.5 - 416.8 µg/L)

Additional information

The effects of the test item to Daphnia magna exposed for a duration of 48h were assessed according to the OECD 202 Guideline.

Daphnids were exposed to serial dilutions of a saturated stock solution of the test item prepared with slow-stirring conditions due to the characteristics of the substance.

The stability of the substance was not confirmed over the 48h test period (i.e. deviation > 20% between T0 and 48h measurements); geometric means of measured concentrations were thus used to determine EC50 (95% confidence level).
