Reversibility of any observed effect: Changes fully reversible within 7 days
Other effects:
Initial Test:

A single application of 10 mg test material to the non-
irrigated eye of one rabbit produced very slight
conjunctival reaction. The treated eye appeared normal at
the 24-hour observation.

Confirmatory Test:

A single application of 0.1 mL (45 mg) test material to the
non-irrigated eye of three rabbits produced a slight
corneal, a mild iridial and mild conjunctival reaction.
Dulling of the normal lustre of the cornea was noted in one
treated eye. Treated eyes appeared normal at the 72-hour or
7-day observations.
