Administrative data
First-aid measures
General information
Remove from exposure. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes.
Consult a doctor if irritation develop or persist.
After inhalation
Remove to fresh air and monitor breathing. If breathing becoming difficult,
give oxygen and consult a physician. If breathing stops, give artificial
respiration and consult a physician.
After skin contact
Take off contaminated clothing immediately, wash the skin with plenty of
water and soap without any delay.
If irritation develop or persist seek medical advice.
After eye contact
Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers.
Consult a specialist for medical surveillance.
Immediately consult a physician.
After swallowing Wash out the mouth with clear water if the patient is conscious.
Consult with a physician.
4.2 Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed
Not available.
4.3 Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed
Treat symptomatically and supportively.
Fire-fighting measures
5.1.1 Suitable extinguishing media:
Water spray, carbon dioxide, extinguishing powder, foam.
5.1.2 Unsuitable extinguishing media:
Unknown
5.2 Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture
CO, CO2, NOx, HCl
5.3 Advice for firefighters
When extinguishing fires, use breathing apparatus with an independent source of air.
5.3.1 Fire hazard class
Extremely flammable solid or danger of explosion
Accidental release measures
As a general rule, when handling avoid all contact and inhalation of dust, mists, and/or vapours associated with the material.
6.2 Environmental precautions
Hinder substance from entering soil, sewers or living water.
6.3 Methods and material for containment and cleaning up
Collect the product carefully and place material into suitable, labelled container for disposal. Avoid dispersion into air. Do not use synthethic clothing, avoid spark generation.
Ventilate the effected area and wash spill site after material pickup is complete. Don’t evacuate in the waste water system.
Wear protective equipment.
Handling and storage
Handling
As a general rule, avoid all contact and inhalation of dust, mists and/or vapours associated with the material.
Safety measures
Suitable general and local exhaust ventillation is needed.
Combustible material. Static chargeable.
During processing of the material if it forms dust, the formation of static electricity should be considered.
Fire and explosion protection measures
Take measures against electrostatic discharges.
7.2 Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities
Storage temperature: 15-30°C.
Keep protected from light.
