Administrative data

First-aid measures

General information: Remove injured from exposure. Remove contaminated clothing.

In case of hypersensitivity (anaphylactic) reactions must receive immediate

medical attention.

After inhalation: Remove to fresh air give artificial respiration or oxygen.

After skin contact: Flush effected area with plenty of water and soap.

After eye contact: Flush with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes, while eyelids are

wide opened with fingers. Get medical attention immediately.

After swallowing: Wash out the mouth with water, carry the victim to a physician.

Fire-fighting measures

Fire hazard class: Dust-air mixture: “B”-Fire and explosion hazard.

Packaged material: “C"-Fire hazard.

Fire and explosion hazard: Combustible material, its powder static chargeable.

The packaged material has no static danger.

Extinguishing media: Water spray, carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder or foam as

appropriate for surrounding fire and materials.

Protection in event of fire: Self-contained breathing equipment and protective clothing.

Dangerous combustion products:

CO, CO2, NOx, SOx és HCl

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: Wear safety goggles or face shield to ensure eye protection.

Do not breath dust. Apply respiratory protection (full face with P3 type dust filter).

Environmental precautions: Keep out of water supplies and sewers.

Clean-up methods: Collect the material carefully and place into suitable labelled

container for disposal. Avoid raising dust. Wash and aerate spill site after material pickup is complete.

Wear protective equipment (dust mask, goggles, protective gloves and protective clothing).

Handling and storage

Handling: Avoid contact with eyes. The material is slightly irritant, but classification is not needed.

Avoid breathing the powder. In case of dust exposure (e.g.) sampling, use full face respiratory protection with P3 dust filter.

Safety measures: Combustible material, its powder is static chargeable.

During processing of the material if it forms dust, the formation of static electricity should be considered.

Grounding of equipments, and electrostatically conductible packing material is recommended.

The packaged material has no static danger.

Storage: Store at cool, dry and well-ventilated place in tightly closed containers.
