no hazard identified

Additional information - workers

Adverse effects were observed both for repeated dose and developmental toxicity. For both endpoints, the NOEL was 60 mg/kg bw as identified in the screening study for reproductive and developmental toxicity (OECD 421).

This study is used to derive the DNEL. As male animals were treated for 28 days, the assessment factor for differences in duration of exposure is that for subacute exposure ( = 6).

Adverse effects were observed at 150 mg/kg bw in the subacute oral toxicity study (OECD 407) and at 200 mg/kg bw in the reproductive screening study (OECD 421).
