A study on the long-term toxicity to fish according to OECD guideline 210 on niobium metal is ongoing following an ECHA decision (Communication number CCH-D-2114517391-56-01/F). The dossier will be adapted as soon as the final study report is available. Reasons for the delay are summarized in the attached status reports (‘Status of Aquatic Toxicity Tests (OECD 201, 210 and 211) with Niobium metal powder’(May 2022) and ‘Status of Fish early life stage toxicity Tests (OECD 210) with Niobium metal powder’ (Sep 2022)).
