Conclusion on classification

The available studies are considered reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. The lowest EC50 of the available aquatic toxicity studies is 6.6 mg/L (algae). The lowest EC10 is 3.4 mg/L determined in the same test. No experimental data on bioaccumulation are available. However, due to the low logPow and estimated BCF of the degradation products and constituents no bioccumulation is expected. Furthermore, the mono constituent substance is biodegradable . Therefore, the substance does not need to be classified for Aquatic Acute toxicity and Aquatic Chronic toxicity according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
