- Justification:
The test item is not ready biodegradable, but due to the unstable nature of cyanuric chloride, upon contact with water the test item undergoes rapid degradation resulting in the formation of respective degradation products. Thus, cyanuric chloride is considered to be not P/vP and not B/vB.
The NOEC for freshwater organisms is >0.01 mg/L and the test item is not classified as a CMR or STOT RE substance. Thus, cyanuric chloride is considered to be not PBT/vPvB.
