Description of key information

D-Glucopyranose, oligometric, C10-16-alkyl glycosides (CAS: 110615-47-9) is hydrolytically stable at pH 4, 7 and 9 (50 °C).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No hydrolysis of the test item can be observed after 5 days incubation at 50 °C for D-Glucopyranose, oligometric, C10-16-alkyl glycosides (CAS: 110615-47-9). Recovery rate after 5 days is approximately 100% (Frischmann, 2010). Thus, according to Annex 1 "Tiered Hydrolysis test scheme" of OECD method 111 no further hydrolysis test is required and the test item is considered to be hydrolytically stable.
