1981	Symptoms recorded by a company M.D. over a longer period of time, which may be liked toexposure to the test article: Irritation and itching, shortness of breath, wheeze, chest pain, nausea, anorexia, bad taste, cramps, nosebleed, congestion, sneezing, headache, caught, choking, sore throat, tearin
1982	eye irritation
1985	A 10 month old child had oral contact with a polyethylene toy. Minutes later signs of „discomfort“ (spitting, ear rubbing) have been noted. The eye rubbing lasted for several weeks without an apparent injury. The parents believe that the effect is due to the test article identified by bitter taste
1986	Bitter taste in mouth
1988	Skin irritation and dry lips diagnosed by an M.D. in two persons. Exposure may have been to the test article among other substances.
1991	Nose bleeding in one person (may have happened independent to exposure).
1992	Reports on bad smell, which are said to be not tolerable by the workforce.

1996	Accidental inhalation of dust. Bitter taste in the mouth, nausea, throat swelling. Two days after exposure the person has fully recovered.
1998	Strong odor and slight eye irritation in the course of repackaging of the test article. The irritation developed within about 2 hours. Examination and lung function test on the same day by an M.D. showed a minor throat irritation.
