Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Valid acute toxicity results are available on plants showing a lowest 21d-ER50 of 165.75 mg/kg soil dw.

As no high adsorption or persistency is expected in soils, long term testing does not appear scientifically necessary.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Short-term EC50 or LC50 for terrestrial plants:
165.75 mg/kg soil dw

Additional information

Acute toxicity results are available on plants (3 species) according to standard guideline (OECD 208) and GLP. As the registered substance doesn't have a strong adsorbtion coefficient and is readily biodegradable, it is not expected to be persistent in soil (neither its degradation products), and therefore long term testing according to Annex X does not appear scientifically necessary.
