ECHA's Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.11: PBT Assessment (version 3.0; June 2017), page 14, states that “Annex XIII to the REACH Regulation is generally applicable to any substance containing an organic moiety. Based on the common definition of an organic substance in chemistry, PBT and vPvB criteria are not applicable to inorganic substances". Sodium tungstate is an inorganic substance, and therefore the PBT and vPvB assessment is not required.
