other: No equivalence points within the pH versus the titrant solutions

Any other information on results incl. tables

A solution of the test substance was prepared using 3.3176g of the test substance in 1000ml of ultrapure water exempted of CO2, resulting in a solution of 0.01 mol/l. The solution was equilibrated at 20 +/- 1°C and the titration was done measuring the pH after each addition of the titrant solution (NaOH 0.1 mol/l). After that process, a graph of the titrant volume against the pH measurement was plotted. Thereafter the pKa of the test substance was obtained by the correspondent pH of half the volume of the equivalence point.

The same procedure was done using the 0.1 mol/l solution of HCl as a titrant.
