First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water for several minutes.

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with water.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Drink large amounts of water. [UK c.a.: Do not induce

vomiting]. In all cases, remove contaminated clothing.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Combustion products may contain carbon and nitrogen oxides

together with metal oxide smoke and some soot. Suitable

extinguishing agents are water, foam, dry powder and carbon

dioxide. Fire-fighters should wear a self-contained

breathing apparatus.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Sweep up and remove to a safe storage area. Dispose of

waste at a controlled landfill site. Inform local

authorities if the substance enters water courses or

sewers.

Handling and storage

Handling: Avoid breathing dust. Wash hands after use. Not for human

consumption.

Storage: Store in closed packages protected from excessive heat and

direct sunlight.
