Description of key information

In accordance with section 8.9.1 of Column 2 of Annex X of the REACH Regulation, a carcinogenicity study may be proposed if the substance has a widespread dispersive use or there is evidence of frequent long-term or human exposure and the substance is classified as a Category 2 germ cell mutagen.  As the substance does not have widerspread dispersive use, or frequent or long-term exposure, and since the substance bears no classification for genotoxicity, it is considered justified to omit the carcinogenicity study.
